I’m Sandeep Saib, currently serving as a Senior Business Development Executive at CMS law firm.
With over a decade of experience in Marketing, PR, Digital, Communications, and Business Development, I’ve worked across a diverse range of industries including Legal, Education, Charities, Environmental Consultancy, and Mobile Advertising.

I’m a qualified Marketer and have spent the last 9+ years mentoring across various platforms, supporting individuals in their personal and professional growth.

Beyond my professional journey, I am a passionate Mental Health Advocate, Philanthropist, and Public Speaker with lived experience of Anorexia Nervosa, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and a survivor of attempted suicide. I proudly identify as a Lived & Living Experience (‘Expert by Experience’) Advocate, using my voice to educate, empower, and inspire others while campaigning for equality, diversity, and inclusion in mental health.

I actively volunteer and collaborate with charities and organisations in various capacities, sit on Boards supporting UK and international mental health charities, and engage in global media opportunities to raise awareness and drive change. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider, committed to creating safe spaces for open conversations and support.
