Having personal lived experience of mental health being diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and a Suicide Survivor, I am a proud devotee to being a Mental Health Advocate, Philanthropist and Public Speaker fighting against the cause.

I also sit on Boards supporting various UK and international mental health charities and continue to work on many worldwide media opportunities campaigning on mental health.
