I’m a Digital Adoption Advisor at RSM UK, having previously completed the IMPACT Local Government Graduate Programme at the London Borough of Barnet Council. I specialise in digital transformation, change management, user adoption, stakeholder engagement and AI technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Management with Marketing from the University of Bath and have experience across digital transformation, project management, strategy, marketing, CRM and HR.

I’m passionate about helping students and graduates build confidence throughout the recruitment process, whether that’s CVs, applications, interviews, assessment centres or navigating graduate schemes. Having been through the process myself, I know how competitive it can be, and I’d love to help students feel more confident and achieve your career goals. I’d love to pass on the knowledge I have now and wish I knew back then!
