After 20+ years as a Marketing Director in B2B tech, I’ve been on the other side of the table – interviewing, hiring, and rejecting hundreds of candidates. I know exactly what employers are looking for, and more importantly, what makes applications get ignored.

I work with university students and recent graduates on the practical side of job hunting: CVs that actually get read, LinkedIn profiles that attract recruiters, applications tailored to real job descriptions, and interview prep that goes beyond generic advice.

I also help students use AI tools smartly in their search – from researching companies to stress-testing their answers before an interview.
