We have a new partner! We are delighted to welcome Softwire, who are kindly supporting our mission at Graduate Mentor. Softwire are a software firm with over 200 staff with their main office based in Kentish Town, London. They are passionate about increasing accessibility to the tech industry and believe strongly in diversity, equality, and inclusion. Explaining her decision to partner Graduate Mentor, People Co-Ordinator, Esme Chant says, “Partnering with Graduate Mentor is part of our CSR initiative, this partnership gives us the opportunity to work more closely with students and graduates from diverse backgrounds. The platform is so easy to use it means our staff can fit their mentoring sessions around their work schedule. We are really looking forward to sharing our expertise and guiding youngsters as they start their careers.”
